Sussex Addition and Renovation

The owners requested calm, open and airy spaces despite limited floor space. A new double-height library provides diffused natural light throughout the day to protect the owner-scholar’s valuable book collection and for glare-free working conditions in the study below. The formerly cramped and cluttered hall bath was transformed by eliminating a shower enclosure and combining the previously separate sink, storage and tub fixtures into a single marble and wood structure that is both elegant and functional.
